My name is Michael Hancock and I am the owner. I am a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Management Information Systems. I am a certified information systems security professional (CISSP).
I worked for 24 years at United Supermarkets starting in a store, 20 years of which was in IT. I was heavily involved in major projects such as loyalty rewards implemention, E-Commerce roll-out, frontline MFA implementation, and migration of email and storage to Albertsons systems.
